TURN Server Hosting
In some VCOM deployments it is not possible for the VCOM WebRTC Control Panel and VCOM Virtual Matrix to establish an audio connection if one or both of the endpoints are behind a NAT. In this circumstance a publicly hosted TURN server is necessary to act as a relay between VCOM WebRTC Control Panel and VCOM Virtual Matrix. This product listing is for a dedicated, preconfigured server running Coturn in our secure cloud infrastructure.
